1. Agreement
These Terms govern your use of St Andrews Chauffeur Drive services. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Bookings
All bookings are subject to availability and our confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us. You are responsible for providing accurate details.
3. Pricing & Payment
Prices are based on information provided at booking. Additional charges may apply for waiting time, route changes, additional stops, or unsociable hours. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit and debit cards.
4. Cancellations
- More than 24 hours before: Free cancellation.
- 12-24 hours before: 50% cancellation fee.
- Less than 12 hours / no-show: Full fare payable.
5. Airport Transfers
We monitor flights in real time. Up to 60 minutes free waiting time from actual landing. Additional time charged at our standard rate.
6. Passenger Responsibilities
Passengers must wear seatbelts. No smoking in vehicles. Passengers are responsible for damage to vehicles. We reserve the right to refuse service if behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
7. Our Responsibilities
All chauffeurs are professionally trained, fully licensed, and PVG checked. Vehicles are fully insured and regularly maintained.
8. Liability
We shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Total liability shall not exceed the fare paid. We are not liable for personal belongings left in vehicles.
9. Complaints
Contact us within 7 days at bookings@standrewschauffeurdrive.com. We aim to respond within 7 working days.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
