Opening Hours

We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Bookings for public/bank holidays require 2 days notice. There are special rates for these dates.

Hire Charges

Here at St Andrews Chauffeur Drive, we have a 1-hour minimum hire charge. Hours are calculated garage-to-garage, except where subject to specific quotations. Bank/public holidays 25% surcharge, Our wedding hire options are based on 3 hours minimum local hire and is a set rate.

Vehicles

The company reserves the right to sub-contract to other companies should the need arise.

Passenger Behaviour

We reserve the right to refuse travel to anyone that causes disruption or endangers our drivers or passengers.

Flight Delays

Invoices and Account Charges

Invoices will be sent out on a monthly basis and payment is respectfully requested within 28 days.

Booking and Cancellation Charges

All bookings must be paid in full before the hiring commences, unless otherwise stated. Any extra hours will be settled at the end of the hire. When other terms are agreed, there will be a £50 per car non-refundable booking/cancellation fee required. All bookings will be charged 100% if cancellation is 24 hours before the date of the hire or 50% charge for 3 days before the date of the hire.

No Smoking

We reserve the right to adopt a no smoking policy in our cars. This applies to both drivers and passengers.

Responsibilities

We hold public liability, motor, and business insurance and are responsible for all our own cars and drivers. We do not accept responsibility for any theft or damage to goods except where such damage or theft was a direct action of a St Andrews Chauffeur Drive’s employee. We do not accept responsibility for bodily injury, sickness, or death to any other person except where such injury, sickness, or death is caused directly by a member of St Andrews Chauffeur Drive’s staff.
